Experience
I attended Allegheny College where I received a bachelor's degree in 2006. I then went on to attend George Mason University where I received my master's degree in Creative Writing in 2013. I am very good at adapting to different situations quickly and find overcoming challenges fun. English can be a hard language to learn even if you speak it as your first language. With my knowledge of the language, I love to help those struggling to understand concepts. I also like using my writing skills to improve students' abilities when writing so that they can better put their ideas on paper and not struggle as much. We all learn in different ways and I love to take up the challenge of tailoring tutor lessons to the specific individual with which I am working. In my spare time I love to read and write poetry, read comic books, and knitting.
